Meistry (also spelt Maistri, Mestri starring Dr. Dasari Narayan Rao is being directed by Suresh Krishna, presented by Dasari Padma and produced by K. Ramakrishna Prasad under Sowbhagya Media Pvt. Ltd. banner. The latest schedule of the movie was launched at Ramoji Film City.
Mohan Babu will be acting in the key role of 'Major Devaraj' in the film. He will be involved in the shooting right from this schedule onwards.
The producer confirmed Mohan Babu's role, "Yes, Mohan Babu is playing a powerful role called Major Devaraj. In fact, it is a real life story that we adapted for our film. He is the first Dalit from Andhra Pradesh who received the prestigious Sourya Chakra from the President of India."
