She stole the hearts of many with her very first film Nuvve Kavali. Though she continued it with few films thereafter she disappeared from the Tollywood screen. Now, nearly after a gap of six years, child artiste-model-actress Richa Pallod, is all set to make a comeback with an untitled film along side Raja.


"Last year I did a Tamil film Something Something. It's true I stayed away from Tollywood for various reasons. But I could spend time with my family. What is exciting is I could complete my PG in psychology which I had left in the midst when I had to do Nuvve Kavali," she beams.


Though she couldn't make a mark in Bollywood with five films, including Kuch Tum Kaho Kuch Hum Kahein she is going great with ad films. "So far I have done 200 ad films," says the visibly pleased actress.


"It's a good script. I got a chance to prove myself once again. I play a mature character with different shades. It's all about friendship," she discloses. She attributes her not-so-successful career to her bad marketing and lack of PR skills. "I am bad at marketing. When I landed in Tollywood I was very young and raw. I stayed away from politics. Now I have become more mature and have got better as an actor," explains the actress.


However, she has no qualms as she is content with what she has achieved. "You don't need to do a hundred films. I am happy with what I have. When I was a kid, I wanted to be an actress. By God's grace it has been fulfilled. Fortunately I could reach the hearts of many who keep mailing me," discloses the actress.


Can you imagine secret behind her slender figure? It's the dance which keeps her fit. "I am trained in classical dance and practise whenever I find time," she says. On being asked about her marriage plans: "I have left it to my parents. May be an year after I find the right candidate," she says and adds: " I am not looking at the industry. He will definitely be from outside the industry," signs off the actress.
